- Take turns. Each player chooses truth or dare on their turn.
- Answer honestly. The fun of truths is in the honesty – and in the follow-up questions.
- Set a forfeit. Refusing a card means a forfeit: a kiss, a piece of clothing or a massage.
- Turn up the heat slowly. Start with a light pack and switch to spicier packs as the night goes on.
