They feel urgent and spontaneous and can happen almost anywhere in the house.

• Height difference? Use a step, stairs or a low stool so hips line up.
• Use a wall, door or counter for support instead of pure strength.
• Start slowly – balance first, speed later.
• Non-slip surfaces only: socks on a wooden floor are a bad idea.
